基本情況
劉思達，1980年生于北京，祖籍雲南。2002年畢業于北京大學法學院，現為芝加哥大學社會學系博士候選人，美國律師基金會博士研究員。主要研究方向為法律社會學與職業社會學，近年來一直緻力于關于中國法律職業的實證研究。曾在《中國社會科學》《中外法學》《社會學研究》《社會理論》《北大法律評論》《清華法治論衡》、Law & Society Review、Law & Social Inquiry等學術期刊上發表過十餘篇中英文論文，并著有大量關于中國法律改革與法律職業的随筆文章。n
基本履曆
1998-2002年北京大學法學院獲法學學士學位；
2002-2009年芝加哥大學社會學系獲碩士（M.A.）、博士（Ph.D.）學位；
2009年至今威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校（University of Wisconsin-Madison）社會學系、法學院助理教授；
2010年至今上海交通大學凱原法學院特别研究員。
