人才培養
本課題組聚焦于人類基因組研究下一步的關鍵目标即人類遺傳變異功能圖譜的解析。
（1）人類個體罕見遺傳變異的負荷及對個體健康的影響。
（2）人類基因組非編碼區的功能解析。
（3）轉錄組測序在治療診斷疑難疾病中的應用。
（4）現代人工智能和機器學習方法對于人類基因組功能解析和精準醫療的應用。
