人才培养
本课题组聚焦于人类基因组研究下一步的关键目标即人类遗传变异功能图谱的解析。
（1）人类个体罕见遗传变异的负荷及对个体健康的影响。
（2）人类基因组非编码区的功能解析。
（3）转录组测序在治疗诊断疑难疾病中的应用。
（4）现代人工智能和机器学习方法对于人类基因组功能解析和精准医疗的应用。
